Job Description
✓ Lead product development in line with business strategies
and with knowledge of customer needs and competitive landscape
✓ Project management of the product development with
knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
✓ Conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing,
rapid prototyping and analytics
✓ Manage product releases, communications, branding and
their promotion
✓ Create and execute -To-Market Strategy to achieve key
business goals
✓ End to end management encompassing new product design &
pricing
✓ Track competition and international scenario on daily
basis to gain strategic advantage
✓ Keep internal stakeholders like management, Sales team,
trade, Customer care updated with all product information through
training sessions, regular updates, newsletters, mailers,
presentations etc
✓ Tactical communication development as a part of brand
building
✓ Communication on new initiatives, offers, packages etc
through various modes like training, mailers, SMS etc
✓ Enhancing Revenue, Acquisition in various segments through
product marketing & Go to market strategy, New Product design/
Product development /Product MIX
✓ VAS penetration base through promotional offers
Key Skills
✓ Graduate degree in business administration, computer
science or STEM related field preferred
✓ 4-6 years of working experience in a startups product
function, technology and/or consulting with a focus on digital
product portfolio management
✓ Deep experience in digital product development, ideally in
B2B products
✓ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented
environment and can meet deadlines under tight time constraints
✓ Experience with designing creative, quality consumer
products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives
through technology
✓ Extensive experience with conducting user research,
usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
✓ Knowledge of Lean and Agile software development processes
